Managing Partner

Greg Wade

Enterprise Builder. International Operator. Strategic Advisor.

Greg Wade is the Managing Partner of NextBase Partners, LLC. With more than 30 years in telecom, enterprise mobility, and strategic partnerships, Greg has spent his career doing what most consultants only advise on: building businesses from the ground up in markets that don't forgive underprepared operators.

At BlackBerry, Greg built the Asia Pacific business from $3 million to $3 billion, one of the most consequential carrier and enterprise partnership buildouts in the region's mobile history. At Samsung, he led the global B2B mobility business, a $13 billion enterprise spanning multiple geographies, device categories, and operator relationships. Prior to that, he spent years at AT&T developing the foundational enterprise frameworks and carrier partnerships that defined his approach to large-scale commercial execution.

Today, through NextBase Partners, Greg advises a select group of growth-stage B2B companies on market entry, enterprise partnership execution, and revenue leadership across the U.S. and international markets. Current engagements include leading international market entry for a global fleet telematics leader, business development for a U.S. device lifecycle provider, applying the CGP R.I.S.E. methodology at a mid market repair services company, and facilitating senior enterprise introductions for BairesDev. Most client identities are confidential and available under NDA.

Greg is also the creator of "The Second Meeting," a YouTube channel and content platform focused on what happens after the first meeting: the execution, the negotiation, the relationship dynamics, and the commercial discipline that separate partnerships that close from those that stall.

He is based in Sarasota, Florida.
